Our workshops focus on indigenous village life of healing women. You will explore moves & techniques to strengthen vitality with moving orgasmic exercises that empower femininity and increased positive development; we are working it out with practical vaginal weightlifting exploring the mental, physical, & spiritual aspects of the yoni.

Our workout, workshops, and training classes are suited for the everyday type of woman. NO prior experience needed. All you need is a smile.
