This is a travel experience for healers. It's rooted in positivity, empowerment, and solace for those who work to encourage healing.

Healers Need Healing Too- Being vulnerable is one of the most courageous things anyone can do, and for a healer to realize they need healing, and require it, is not always easy.

Remember the healer also needs healing. The planner also needs surprises. The giver also needs to receive. The thoughtful also needs to be thought of. The considerate also needs to be considered.

General Terms & Conditions of the 2024 Tanzania Holistic Experience

Tour Package: The total cost of the holistic Tanzania experience is $3,999per person for the accommodations, daily farm-to-table breakfast in Tanzania, in-country transportation, in-country flights, and international flights on Delta/ KLM Airlines from Washington DC, Dulles IAD Airport to Dar Es Salaam Airport.

Deposit: A $499 per person deposit is needed to secure your reservation for this experience. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

Payment Schedule: $291.67 Monthly Payments are accepted on the 12th Oct 2023-Sept.2024

All Final Payments are due on or before September 12th, there are no exceptions

Note: If payments cannot be made by the due date contact the Tour Organizer to make payment arrangements. Failure to make payments or arrangements will lead to the non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.

Final Payment: All payments are due before  Sept 12th. Final payments received after the due date are subject to a $100 late fee or reservation cancellation without a refund.

No travel documents will be issued until the tour is paid in full.

Payment Receipt: A payment acknowledgment will be sent to you via e-mail/text each time you make a payment within 48  hours. Please verify the details on your receipt. Also, keep up with the payments and your own documented payment history for management purposes. When making a payment Identify all payments with the month of the payment (example: Dec. payment)

Cancellation Policies: This is a complete Non-Refundable experience If you need to cancel your tour commitment we will need a detailed confirmation. All money will be forfeited

Disabled Tour Participants:Any disability requiring special attention should be reported to the tour organizers/sponsors at the time of reservation. The tour organizers/sponsors will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participants but is not responsible for any denial or services by carriers; hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers of services that may be used in the fulfillment of this tour. A person requiring such assistance must be accompanied by a responsible and qualified companion.

Meals and Beverages: Daily farm-to-table breakfast will be included. Each person will be responsible for meals and beverages not included as part of this tour program.

Paid in Full Receipt: Each person will be required to confirm a “paid in full” receipt/acknowledgment from the hotel for any personal services that are not included in the itinerary. (Room service, laundry, etc.)

Immigration Requirements: A valid passport with at least 6 months remaining from the departure date is required for entrance into Tanzania

There is no refund whatsoever for a failure to obtain all proper country admission documents or travel Covid test requirements. Failure to obtain all valid travel documents shall not create a right to cancellation or refund.

Visa Application: Completed online with step-by-step instructions provided. You must submit a photocopy of your valid passport, A Tanzanian invitation letter, and host details with the visa application with a $100.00 visa fee at least 10 days before travel. (Don't worry we do all of this together.

Health Requirements: None to travel with Its Time For Healing to Tanzania. No vaccines of any kind are required.

Community Service:TGM (Tanzania Great Minds Children Center) is our family. We support children aged 3-4 who have no support at home. We provide school supplies, clothes, food, and good energy. We also support the Dada's (sisters) with our Sanitary Napkin project. These beautiful sisters take care of the children and our goal is not only to support the children with supplies but jean jackets and dresses for the chilly Kilimanjaro nights for the Dada's (sisters)

THEY COULD REALLY USE YOUR SUPPORT

Drinking Water- Bottled and/or purified water is always accessible. Foods, fruits, and vegetables are ok to eat in Tanzania. Do your own research for additional information or check with a natural health practitioner for bitter recommendations

Gratuities: Prior to departure Its Time For Healing will collect tips for all hospitality services, drivers, and porters provided in Tanzania. This amount will be based on the number of confirmed tour participants. This will serve as a separate charge for the tour and will be collected on the departure date upon arrival at IAD Dulles Airport (estimated amount $150)

Documentation: We are committed to documenting our story and will use pictures, videos, audio, journalism, and other means to promote/market this source of work. Tour documentation will be shared publicly. Any tour member who does not want to be a part of any documentation should let a tour organizer know immediately. We will not be able to change any public project if notification is not given ahead of time.

Tour Information: Our website itstimeforhealing.com serves as our main source of information for this tour. We have a WhatsApp group and Zoom meetings for all participants to keep us connected and answer any questions or concerns leading up to travel. Information will be sent to you at the e-mail address and WhatsApp Tanzania group you register with. We request a response to all e-mails with an indication: please reply.

Responsibilities: It's Time For Healing responsibilities for these tours begin from the city of departure in the United States airline terminal on departure day and end on the return day from Tanzania. Its Time For Healing Holistic Sanctuary and their domestic and international associates, representatives, and suppliers of travel services act only as tour organizers and travel consultants. Its Time For Healing Holistic Sanctuary assumes no liabilities on connections with the service of any aircraft, vessel, carriage, hotels, and providers of international services, motor, or any other conveyance that is used wholly or in part in the performance of the duty to the passenger. Nor will Its Time For Healing Holistic Sanctuary and its associates or representatives be responsible for any acts of God, weather, government actions, strikes, activities, errors or omissions, any personal injury, losses of limbs, loss of life, acts of terrorism, warranties, theft, losses or any additional expenses due to delays or changes in flight or other services, sickness, air or other causes. The right is reserved to withdraw any feature of this customized tour, substitute a hotel, and make alterations to the itinerary as may be desirable for the convenience and safety of the participants. The changes can be made without penalty or cost to Its Time For Healing Holistic Sanctuary and its associates/representatives.

There is no refund for lateness, missed flights, meals, or activities featured in this tour. A completed registration form is required for each tour participant prior to the issuance of any travel documents or vouchers, if under the age of 18, a parental or legal guardian is required.
