We have thoughtfully structured this experience to make your journey to Afrika manageable and accessible through a flexible monthly payment plan.
Total Journey Investment
Total Investment: $4,111 USD per person
Initial Deposit: $555 due upon registration
Remaining Balance: $3,556
Your deposit secures your space and allows us to begin reserving accommodations, transportation, flights, and other arrangements in Afrika.
What Your Investment Includes
Your journey investment includes:
- Roundtrip international airfare from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
- Accommodations throughout the 12-day, 11-night journey
- Daily farm-to-table breakfast
- In-country flights between destinations
- Ground transportation throughout the journey
- Cultural, ancestral, community, and holistic experiences included in the itinerary
Monthly Payment Plan
After your initial deposit is received, your remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments based on your registration date and the number of months remaining before the final payment deadline.
Because participants may register at different times, each person’s monthly payment amount may be different. Your individual payment schedule will be provided after your deposit is received.
All final payments must be received on or before September 12, 2027.
Methods of Payment
Apple Cash or Zelle: No processing fee
Credit Card: A 3.3% credit-card processing fee will be added to each credit-card payment.
Payment Receipts
A payment acknowledgment will be emailed to you within 72 business hours after each payment is received. Please review your receipt to confirm that all information is correct and retain a copy for your personal records.
When submitting a payment, please include the applicable payment month in the notes or memo section. For example: December Payment.
Payment Arrangements
If you are unable to make a payment by the scheduled due date, please contact the Tour Organizer in advance to discuss alternative arrangements. Failure to submit a payment or establish an approved payment arrangement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Travel documents cannot be issued until the journey has been paid in full.
Important Payment Information
All payments are nonrefundable because funds are sent to Afrika as they are received to secure flights, accommodations, transportation, and other journey arrangements. Payments cannot be transferred or credited toward a future experience.
